HIMALAYAN WATERFALL

Ingredients

Pomegranate -infused Tequila 50ml

Watermelon syrup 25ml      

Soda 75ml      

Lime juice 15m        

Salt 15gm      

Garnish Pomegranate Seeds

Method

1. Pour tequila, watermelon syrup, lime juice and salt over ice in a Collins glass and stir gently with a bar spoon to mix

2. Top-up with soda

3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds

Cardamom and Vanilla gin 50ml            

Pineapple syrup 25ml            

Lemon juice 15ml            

Egg white 1 whole        

Garnish Sliced rose petals

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice)

2. Add ice and shake again

3. Double strain into a Martini glass

4. Garnish with sliced rose petals

Ginger gin 50ml      

Tamarind syrup 20ml      

Lemon juice 25ml      

Whole egg white 1

Top up with soda

Garnish Black pepper

Method

1. Add ginger gin, lemon juice , tamarind syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice)

2. Add ice and shake again

3. Double strain into a collins glass over fresh ice

4. Now top-up with soda

5. Garnish with crushed black pepper

HOUSE MARTINI 

A miner walks into a bar in the town of Martinez. He orders a celebratory champagne, but is instead served a rather eclectic mix of gin and wine that gives him a rush unlike any gold did. A Martinez Special, the bartender calls it. We now call it Martini. Delhi’s Fire infuses flavours of Delhi — orange, coriander, cumin, cardamom and vanilla to create distinctive and evocative notes

Ingredients

Delhi’s Fire gin 60ml     

Spiced wine syrup 15ml       

Delhi’s fire tincture 2 dash    

Garnish Lemon discard

Method

1. Add gin, syrup and tincture into a mixing glass with ice

2. Stir until well chilled

3. Strain into a Martini glass

4. Garnish with lemon peel (squeeze the peel oil over drink)

Ingredients

Kashmiri Kawa gin 50ml     

Indian tonic 50ml     

Himalayan haat strawberry cooler 25ml     

Garnish Aloe vera leaf slice

Method

1. Pour gin and strawberry cooler over ice in a beer goblet

2. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix

3. Top-up with Indian tonic water

4. Garnish with aloe vera slice

Ingredients

Ketel one 50ml     

Sweet lime juice 25ml     

Lemon juice 25ml     

Grapefruit tonic water 50ml     

Timur tincture 5 dash   

Garnish  Citrus Wheel and Timur Peppercorns

Method

1. Pour vodka, sweet lime juice, limon juice and timur tincture over ice in a collins glass and stir gently with a bar spoon to mix

2. Top-up with grapefruit tonic water

3. Garnish with citrus wheel and timur peppercorns

TIJARA MARTINI 

Ingredients

White rum 40ml       

Banana liquor 15ml       

Mango puree 25ml       

Lime juice 15ml       

Pineapple syrup 50ml       

Garnish Pineapple leaves 

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice

2. Strain into a Martini glass

3. Garnish with pineapple leaves
