The April issue of THE MAN is all about keeping it classy and we could not think of anyone other than Indian-American millionaire entrepreneur Rohan Oza to put on our cover.

Rohan Oza aka 'Hollywood Brandfather' has established himself as the go-to-man for celebrity branding. Oza began his career at the age of 20 and there has been no looking back. A third generation African, the branding mastermind was born and raised in Zambia, educated in England and lives in America. He knows well how to transform A-lister star-branding partnerships into pure gold.

Not only do celebrities call Oza for branding and entrepreneurial help, but also consider him a close friend. He plays tennis with Bill Gates and golf with Justin Timberlake. You read it right! Ever heard of Vitamin Water? Well, thank Oza for it. He made millions for American rapper 50 Cent who had a minority stake in the mineral water brand. Not only this, Oza was the guest 'shark' for two consecutive seasons of Shark Tank. “I hadn't realised the show was this popular in India,” he said.

The reality show, Shark Tank helps hopeful entrepreneurs pitch plans to business juggernauts/investors or 'Sharks' for funding.

Having connected Jennifer Aniston with Smartwater, Rihanna and Madonna with Vita Coco and Beyonce with Wtrmln Wtr, Rohan  reinvented endorsement deals for some of the world's biggest celebrities.

“Philosophically, my belief is that the brands of yesterday will not be the brands of tomorrow in food, beverage and beauty. The brands of yesterday may buy the brands of tomorrow, but the brands of tomorrow will be focussed on making you feel better about yourself.” What goes in your body (food and beverage), on your body (beauty) and how you treat your body (fitness) - those are the big four, according to Oza.

From his experience of working with Jennifer Aniston to what he really thinks of his fellow 'Sharks', here are 5 things to know about Rohan Oza:

1. Rohan Oza's Twitter bio describes him as a  “backup Bollywood dancer”.

Rohan calls it Plan B as he loves to dance. He said, "Well, that's Plan B if this doesn't work out (laughs). I love to dance. I do Bollywood, Salsa and Hip-Hop. My friends tease me about it all the time! I might be the only backup dancer in Bollywood with a jet, but what the hell, it could happen."

2. Brand guru's tips for success:

"People always want to know how to create a brand that will bring in billions of dollars. The key ingredient is passion. Success follows it. If you are not passionate about your idea and your brand, no one else is going to be passionate about it either."

3. He likes collecting homes

Oza believes in investing in real estate. He said, "The value of homes generally appreciates, so that's where I spend my money. I don't collect art or cars, but I have all these houses. My friends think I'm crazy."

4. He is single!

He hasn't dated seriously since he broke up with his last girlfriend. “She was fantastic, but it just didn't work out,” he confessed, but admits he is unenamoured with the single life.

5. He is a family man:

Despite his large circle of celebrity companions, Rohan has a tight inner circle; populated mostly by family and friends from school. He “has a deal” with his parents that is designed for them to meet four times a year: Sometimes they shuttle from Zambia (“Emirates First Class is very comfortable”) and, at others, he flies around the world to see them. His younger sister lives in Chicago and has a daughter he dotes on. “She's taking pictures on my plane and putting them on Instagram and I'm like, Hey, even I don't do that, but she is incredible. Her brothers can't be bothered, but my niece loves the fact that her uncle is kinda known because it gives her street cred,” Rohan smiles. “I think it is the mama's role to spoil the niece, so of course I love it.”
